Many young sportsmen and women are not educated in how to prepare, train and recover for their sport. Whether this is how to sprint properly, improve their agility, warm up correctly, how to efficiently and effectively move within their sport or how to fuel themselves for optimal performance and create a positive mindset to reach their sporting goals.
Working with me is an education that will empower the young sports person to strengthen and create more power for their bodies, help to reduce injuries while improving their balance, co-ordination and mindset.
Since 2012 I've worked with many Children and aspiring young athletes from the ages of 8 upwards, helping them to fine tune their bodies, and understand what they need to do to be their best version of them. If you would like me to help with your child, please get in contact.
Personal Training
Personal training is anything and everything from re-discovering body awareness and mind-muscle connection, to training for elite level sport. The physical training is just one element, it's what you do around your training that is really key to bring the best chance of adaption. How do you sleep, breathe, think, rest, hydrate and nourish yourself when you are not training?? I work holistically to look at all these elements, showing you how to bring the balance to your training and lifestyle.
I've been a Strength & Conditioning Coach/PT since 2011, and have trained personally since 2001. I use exercises from yoga, pilates, weightlifting and calisthenics to bring a balanced program that suits your body type and goals. To train with me, please contact for a phone consultation.
